Payment
For payment we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, personal checks and cash.
Cancellations
We do require 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you are not able to cancel with 24 hours’ notice, or in the event of a no show or no call, we will charge 100% of the service booked.
Late Arrivals
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals but cannot guarantee that the appointment will be held for you, as we need to honor the appointments following yours, as well. Calling ahead provides us a better opportunity to accommodate your late arrival.
Cell Phones
We do our best at Salon Couture to make your visit relaxing and enjoyable. Kindly assist us by turning off your cell phone. Not only will you enjoy an uninterrupted visit to our salon, but we in turn will be able to provide the undivided attention we pride ourselves on, to you and our other clients.
Pre-booking
To ensure we can accommodate your busy schedule it is best to secure the time and date by pre-booking your appointment. Future appointments can be booked before you leave your current visit. Please let us know any and all services you will need to book. We will provide a reminder courtesy call the day before your scheduled appointment.
Other
We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen articles. No pets are allowed in the salon.
